Using Pinmist
Bookmarks
Save a place or a whole route, and load it again later.
Bookmarks keep the places and routes you use often, so you do not have to set them up again.
Save a bookmark
Open Bookmarks from the top bar and press Add.
- In Static mode, the bookmark saves the pin's location.
- In Routes mode, it saves the whole route: start, end, waypoints, travel mode and the Stay at end setting.
Pinmist suggests a name, such as the name of the place or "Route 1". Change it to anything you like.
Each bookmark shows an icon for its type. A place shows its coordinates; a route shows its travel mode and number of stops, such as "Driving, 3 stops".
Load a bookmark
Press the pin icon next to a bookmark.
- A place moves the pin there. Press Change location to send it to your iPhone.
- A route switches to Routes mode and fills in every field. Press Preview route before you start it.
Delete a bookmark
Press the bin icon next to it.
Where bookmarks are kept
Bookmarks are saved on your computer, alongside Pinmist's settings. They are not uploaded anywhere and do not move between computers.
