Billing questions
When am I charged?
Straight away, then at the start of each month or year until you cancel. Stripe handles the payment; we never see your card.
How do I cancel?
On your account page, choose Manage billing. You keep Pinmist until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, from Manage billing on your account page. Pinmist keeps working, and you stay signed in.
How many computers can I use?
One at a time. Signing in on another computer signs the first one out. You can also sign a computer out from your account page.
What if Pinmist does not work for me?
Ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment and you will get it back in full.
